We would love to have you participate in any event that we are doing! All are welcome, but if you are going to be with us for an event we need some information from you. If you look on this page there are links to forms on a website called dropbox. For every student that participates in a Mulberry Street United Methodist Church event we must have a Youth Participant Form completed. There will also be permission/reservation forms for upcoming trips. These forms can be printed off and returned to Thomas Hodges at Mulberry Street UMC.
